The pen suddenly stopped working. It says “No memory card, please insert” How to resolve the issue?

This little sound machine is great! The loaded songs are perfect for relaxing at bedtime. My granddaughter is just starting to listen to the stories. And I can hook my phone up to it by blue tooth. Love it!

It was a gift for my preemie grandson. It keep him calm and he loves the light up ears. Even the nursing staff loved it.

I had this item for about 2 months. Now it is saying that there is no memory card. Hoping the seller can contact me to help me fix this issue.The company contacted me after this message and was working with me to fix the issue. Issued has been resolved.My son loves this pen and uses it everyday. So happy that we were able to fix the issue and my son can continue to use it.

Great for learning colors and animal sounds! Just place on top of the color circle and it starts talking. Also can shake as a rattle and it makes noise as well! Super cute and worth the price!

This has been a great purchase. It is a high quality product that has a pretty good selection of songs preloaded onto it. I doubt I'll load anything of my own but believe it has that capability. The unit charges easily and can remain on for long periods of time (hours) on a full charge.The unit is made out of plastic and designed to be baby safe. The charging port has a good cover and the buttons remain easy to use. The baby enjoys playing with the unit while it's playing and the buttons require enough pressure where she can't accidently turn it off or change the volume.The product shipped quickly and seems to work well. Highly recommended.

This little music player is fantastic! It has a big library of stories, songs and nature sounds.The sound quality is excellent and is small enough for little hands to hold.

I got this for my granddaughters first birthday. She loves to play music and dance. This is the right size for her.

Very nice.. I had seen similar to this on social sites and was curious to see for myself if they're all they say they are.INDEED. I'm really happy with this set. Perfect for my preschooler grandchild and my 3 yr old (on the spectrum) But if you're buying for a youngster on the spectrum, just remember that just because this worked well for my 3yr old doesn't mean it will for yours.But it seems to be made well. Not cheap feeling. I'm glad I decided to try this.Totally recommend!
