I had this item for about 2 months. Now it is saying that there is no memory card. Hoping the seller can contact me to help me fix this issue.The company contacted me after this message and was working with me to fix the issue. Issued has been resolved.My son loves this pen and uses it everyday. So happy that we were able to fix the issue and my son can continue to use it.
My daughter absolutely loves this Educational reading pen. Not only it reads the 3 included books, but it also has prerecorded nursery rhymes, stories and soothing music (white noise). BUT, her favorite feature is the voice recording option and the recordable stickers. We constantly have scavenger hunts around the house with the stickers. Did I mention you can put whatever MP3 songs, stories, audio books you have on it? Like I said, great bang for your buck.
I really like this toy, as such, I am purchasing one for my friend's kid as birthday gift. The set includes 3 interactive books and my kid loves to play with the interative mini games using the pen. He is 3 and a half now and he is able to sit down for 40ish minutes when going through the books. (that really surprised me!) We did notice the pen is quite sensitive that if you sweep through the sentences instead of tapping, it doesnt go as smoothly. the design sort of makes sense as the tapping help my kid to refine his hand motor skills.We love flash cards also as they have both the catoon and real images on each word to expalin the concept to kids. The ABC card is also an excellent tool to help kids to learn the phonics.Lately my husband and I have been making some recording using the pen and save them to the stickers provided. Once done, we put the sticker to the books we did the recording for. In this way, you basically turn any books into interative books for your kid. my kid love to hear our recording on differernt books.To conclude, our whole family love the set, excellent toy! Highly recommended !

We don’t know how to set up the smart pen to read the tales that include the set it’s kinda hard to use without assistance
